THERAPEUTIC
The Custom Therapeutic massage is designed to mobilize the muscles, tendons and ligaments. I'll do this using a combination of Swedish, ART, Deep Tissue, hot towels, hot stones, Aromatherapy, some stretching and other modalities in every session. All of these options are included but if some are not wanted we do not have to use them. Choose Therapeutic if you have an issue you need resolved, like a bad back, hip issues, pre or post surgery, scar tissue removal, reduce stress, decrease pain or other therapeutic needs.
RELAXATION
The Custom Relaxation massage is bodywork designed to make tension melt away, reduce stress, increase a feeling of calmness and well-being using light to firm Swedish massage techniques, hot towels, hot stones, Aromatherapy, some stretching and other modalities in every session. It's a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension and promotes a general sense of relaxation.
